Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A 72-hour email reminder will be sent before your appointment to help you confirm or make any necessary changes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Call, No-Show appointments will be invoiced for the full cost of the scheduled service. Invoice must be paid in order to book future appointments.
