Service Description
Enjoy a refreshing cleanse and moisture boost for your locs. This service includes a shampoo, dry, and moisturize using our all-natural Products by AV line to gently remove buildup and restore hydration to your hair and scalp. ✨ Ideal for clients who would like a professional shampoo between maintenance appointments. Note: This is a shampoo and moisture-only service and does not include loc maintenance, styling, or retightening
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; however, please contact us to inform us if you are running late. If we do not receive prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment after the grace period. A 72-hour email reminder will be sent before your appointment to allow time for confirmation or necessary changes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Call, No-Show appointments will be invoiced for the full cost of the scheduled service. The invoice must be paid before booking any future appointments
