Service Description
Create beautiful, long-lasting curls with our Pipe Cleaner or Flexi Rod styling service. Pipe cleaners or Flexi Rods are applied to damp locs and left in place until fully dry, resulting in stunning, defined curls. For sustainability, clients are encouraged to bring their own pipe cleaners to future appointments. Important Details: If Flexi Rods are used, you will sit under the dryer for approximately 2 hours. This service can be added to your loc maintenance appointment or booked as a standalone service. Shampoo and retwist are not included with standalone bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; however, please contact us to inform us if you are running late. If we do not receive prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment after the grace period. A 72-hour email reminder will be sent before your appointment to allow time for confirmation or necessary changes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Call, No-Show appointments will be invoiced for the full cost of the scheduled service. The invoice must be paid before booking any future appointments
