Service Description
Our Microloc Consultation is designed to provide detailed information, address your questions, and help determine if microlocs are the right choice for you. Consultations may be conducted either in-person or virtually for your convenience.After Booking: You will receive an email with access to our Microloc Consultation Online Module, which you should review before your appointment. Come to your consultation prepared with any follow-up questions not covered in the module. What to Expect During the Consultation: A one-on-one session to evaluate your hair and discuss your desired look. Hair will be assessed and measured. Topics such as loc size, pricing, and maintenance will be thoroughly discussed. For in-person consultations, a test loc will be installed to give you a preview of the final look. Preparation: Please arrive for in-person consultations with loose, product-free hair in its natural state. For virtual consultations, ensure you are in a well-lit area and have a way to measure your hair length. The consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your microloc installation if you choose to proceed with the service. Please note that consultation fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; however, please contact us to inform us if you are running late. If we do not receive prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment after the grace period. A 72-hour email reminder will be sent before your appointment to allow time for confirmation or necessary changes. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Call, No-Show appointments will be invoiced for the full cost of the scheduled service. The invoice must be paid before booking any future appointments
