Interlocking (NOT FOR MICROLOCS OR SISTERLOCS) IF YOUR APPOINTMENT EXTENDS BEYOND THE ALLOTTED DURATION, YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $50/HR FOR THE EXTRA TIME. A latch hook/interlocking tool is used to pull the end of Loc through the root at 4 points. This technique tightens new growth without the use of products and doesn’t unravel when hair gets wet. Interlocking is typically done every 2-3 months or when there’s sufficient new growth. Interlocking with Crochet (NOT FOR MICROLOCS OR SISTERLOCS) After interlocking, a crochet hook is used to weave loose hair back into Locs to achieve a neat appearance and strenghten Locs.
