The Loc Artistry Policies & Procedures

At The Loc Artistry by AV, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide the best service, we have the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will result in your card on file being charged 50% of the service cost. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice (no-call, no-show) will result in your card being charged the full service cost. If we are unable to process payment using the card on file, you will receive an invoice that must be paid before you can book another appointment with The Loc Artistry by AV, Sankofa Wellness Community, or The Drip Lab.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

 

Shipping
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 72 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Pickup
For pickup orders, customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. However, if a product is defective, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and a description of the defect.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
